You have problems, sorry to let you down but negative entities exist in every dimension until the meeting with the final Creator, and the end game.
I have no personal thing against anyone, but Peter likes making fake predictions, spamming the same information in every thread and acting like he's the all knowing Creator.

Anyone who is experiencing the 11 11 phenomenon, or other such things, is in the 4th dimension already.

Lately I have been seeing so many of 11:11, 12:12, 2:22, 3:33 and other numbers being the same frequently unlike before each time I randomly look at clock. And it is not only clock that I see same numbers, I also see them on different objects as well as if universe is trying to tell me something This kind of phenomenon becomes my daily live now and I kept wondering what does it mean. If you know any more of this, can you tell me more about this please? I am so interested into this phenomenon.
