You've probably heard of true Guru's and Bhuddist Masters materializing objects into this 3d.

An excerpt from 'Exploring Atlantis' by Frank Alper channeled from his soul Adamis.

VISUALIZING
I would like to conduct an experiment with you. I
would like you to close your eyes and listen to my
voice. I want you to visualize a large clear, pure crystal.
It is approximately six feet in height, almost cylindrical,
but faceted. It is pointed at the top and bottom.
Visualize it to be far above you. It is so far away that
you almost cannot see it, just sense its presence. It is
truly an energy crystal. It has not yet assumed physical
structure and character.
Now I want you to concentrate and use the will of
your minds. I want you to draw the crystal to you
slowly, with sheer power, closer and closer. As it comes
closer to you, it becomes brighter and more solid in
structure. You are beginning to feel the power now.
Draw it right into your minds. Now release it and rest.
What you have accomplished is, in effect, a similar
method by which energy objects are brought into
physical existence. It is only the final step that I
omitted, the step from creating a reality in your minds
to passing it through your minds and into the physical—
for you are not yet ready to achieve this just yet, but
you will be. You will see crystals manifested into
physical form and you will utilize them for many
beautiful things.

During the periods of your growth, many of you, by
means of guided meditations, have been taken to levels
within your minds that have enabled you to glimpse into
the future. You have been able to see cities and
buildings that will exist in the twenty-first century. How
do you think it was possible for you to see these things?
You did not create them out of your imagination. The
energies for them exist and you were capable of tapping
into these energies to bring them into your vision. All
that ever was, and all that ever will be, is.
