The diameter of these scouts is 100 feet, and although spheroid in shape, they possess implosion motors at the base, so may appear to some observers as "pear-shaped," or "rugby ball." Especially when the top-located positron beam emitter, is fully extended, as an antenna protuberance, from the main hull...
Mostly, the human eye and camera, perceives them as spherical balls of bright white light, which can alter to oranges and greens, at lower velocity vectoring....This is a plasma envelope of ionised electrons. Note that I suggest a vectoring, rather than aerodynamic flight....

It is also correct that because Sirian scouts are spherical in shape, many observers dismiss them as "weather balloons." As not possessing the classic disc-shape, most associate with "UFOs/Ovnis..."
