The Light Forces/Benevolent Extraterrestrials (Cobra and the Restistance Movement) need our help today when they are going to free imprisoned humans/beings in our solar system. We can support them by doing a Meditation and giving our emotional and energetical support. It´s easy and everybody can do it (see meditation text in attached file).

This work will benefit the humans/beings in our Solar System who needs our help, it will also benefit us and planet Earth and speed up the Disclosure process.
