The ascension process, If you could distill it down to a single attribute, it would be raising vibration.
That is the point of reading the books, doing the meditations, the courses, the research, the fasting, crystals, giving up loved ones, the heated exchanges.... it is to raise your vibration.
And we do this because we have an innate belief, or hope that it is going to give us a better quality of life.
But what if there were a better way, Or at least a way of enhancing and expediting the process.
I know this is practice is not listed in the ascenders handbook but I AM going t put my head on the chopping block here...
YOU COULD TRY HAVING SOME FUN.
Peculiar as this may seem, having fun is a viable vibration raising tool. It has something to do with endorphines. Things i know little about from a biological perspective, However I have learned to invoke their potential as often as possible in my life. And in conjunction with all the formal stuff, the ascension process seem to work a treat.
It appears to me that there area a lot of people out there that think the ascension is something to be taken seriously. Look at the stuff we do. Look at the stuff we believe in. Look at what we put ourselves through. The things we argue about. We do it all for that aforementioned better life. Have we taken a moment to ask ourselves what does that better life looks like? What AM I trying to achieve? Because if you haven't asked yourself the question, maybe its time you did.There is no point putting yourself through all this because it sounds like a good idea. (Well it is but thats a different story). It is important that there is a point to it, That you understand what the return on on investment is. And it is an investment. A big investment.
Having fun with the process makes the process worthwhile. It is the payoff. If you are seriously co creating you expect to be in a position that will afford you your share of infinite abundance. which can only mean you like to play. So play now. And get a head start.
And in the process of doing so you don't end up bitter, twisted and cynical. Which sounds just like being in the real world. At least you get paid for the privilege of being bitter and twisted in the real world..
Children learn so fast when they are young because they are always playing. Their minds and hearts are stimulated. Learning is a game. And so it should be.
Their rate of learning slows down when they get to school and its all formalized. Funny that.
Do the work. By all means. Immerse yourself in it. Take it the extremes if you choose
But then get out there and have a dance. Or a sing. Fall in love. And give the hard work some meaning.

if you do not feel, you cannot recognize emotion as vibration.
This is the reason that people think there are no changes happening at the moment.They are trying to quantify the changes through logic. And of course it it not possible.
Emotion is wisdom. Not logic.
It is a different paradigm of understanding.

happiness and sadness are not vibration, they are emotions. laughter is just a sound. people laugh when they are nervous as well as happy.
in friction heat is the result of kinetic energy benig transformed into heat.
if you force something to vibrate faster it will generate more heat. if you heat something it will vibrate faster. at the atomic level. in vaccuum where it is near absolute zero there is almost no vibration.
a laser is a high frequency light beam, which will cause heat at the target if it oes not vibrate at a lower rate.
and sound can be used to generate heat. high frequency sounds will generate heat faster.

I don't know how to tell you this one, emotions are vibrations. Different wmotions are different vibrations. You feel the emotion because it is vibration.In the same you fel temperature.
Love, like light is a vibration.
When you refract love through the human energetic chakra system, In the same way yo refract light through a prism, you get the emotions.
It is your interpretation of that vibration which determines whether you enjoy it it, or struggle with it. Sound is a vibration. Everything. at its most fundamental level, subatomically, is vibration. When you truly understand this you are well on the way to mastery. because you start to treat your thoughts and emotions and maleable.
