Brothers and sisters,
The Yah-Yel, are a human/E.T hybrid species that are previously known for their
appearance in the sky during "THE PHOENIX LIGHTS" incident in Arizona in 1997. It is my
understanding that they will be the first to make official contact with the human race due to the
closeness in similarity of both of our genetic backgrounds. From 2015 to 2033 there will be a large
influx of them predictive programming the population with sightings, groupings and other events. This
will culminate around 2033 with ALL OUT CONTACT/DISCLOSURE. This would be sooner if the
collective consciousness agrees that the vibrational tone of the population of TERRA is suited for
harmony with what will be our new family.
