I have just discovered the free audio page on the kryon website - fantastic! That's what I'm doing at the moment - heaps of downloading to listen to later. What a treasure trove. Also discovered the Lightworkers' Handbook and working my way through that.

Living from the soul is, of course, the goal. His comments regarding karmic energy that is carried over into the incarnation determines how easy it is for this to be accomplished. Ego, like karma, is an energy. And so in the same way that we karma needs to be addressed in the search for the soul, so to does ego need to be returned to its purest form. And this is why everyones path is so unique. The circumstances of our present incarnation is determined by the energy carried over from our previous incarnations.
For what it's worth Helen, My dealings with you leave me in little doubt that you are an old soul. :)
We are infinite beings of light. who have had that piece of memory removed from our conscious awareness. With the intent that we rediscover that we are infinite beings of light.
The renegotiable soul contract concept is something that he has brought up on a number of occasions. and thinking about it, the point of the soul contract is to provide us with the circumstances we need to address our karma. Once we address that karma, the need for the contract ceases to exist. In the new energy, karma is voidable. And so it frees us to follow the path that best suits us in the moment. Rather than look for one that is no longer valid. Or try create one that we think we should be on. :/
