There is talking and there is talking and there is talking.
The first talks for the sake of talking, the second for the sake of winning and the third for the sake of understanding.
The deepest is talking with the intention to understand.
This exactly doesn´t happen in most cases - not in personal talks and not in courts.
There is a simple strategy worldwide being practiced, each day and in all occasions:
I HAVE SET MY JUDGEMENT MENTALLY BEFORE I EVEN KNOW THE OTHER SIDE; I TALK ONLY TO GET RIGHT AND APPEAR RIGHT.
Thus even indivuduals following jurisdiction correctly have no chance to win a trial because they are not heared in ways intending to understand.
This way corrupt covernments will always prevail against dissenters even in perfect and reasonable juristdictions.
TALKING AND COMMUNICATING WITH THE INTENTION TO UNDERSTAND.
Intending to understand is a mental process coming from love and freedom: the other one is per se not your enemy or a subject which needs to get destroyed.

Splendid.
Some people can be very, very CRUEL with words. You know, like when someone is very PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE and then when you call them on the carpet they play the "innocent" or blame YOU for what they've done to you? This is just crazy sadistic shit.
You are so right with this! Many of us can talk without thinking of the other person's feelings which results in us only hurting ourselves. We are all one. Understand why someone is upset or hurt and comfort them back to happiness. After all we all need a friend like that sometimes.
hahahahahahahahahaha, magnific...
