Has anyone heard of Jose Silva? Look him up if you like :)
He is responsible for bringing out 'the silva methode'.. I have been looking into it and it's pretty interesting.. He has given it away free in the passt so it circulates on different sites now that try to make money, witch is fine of course.. But you can get alot of it free online, or by downloading it..
Just wanted to share and hear what you think of it..
I have been trying the meditation metodes called the 3,2,1 step.. I can get relaxt much easier than just trying it how i always did.. I get distracted fast..
I was just excited to get this out.. Have fun :)

I go with Drunvalo Melchizedek 10 minute meditation
