  ..and mine... I recognised that it is impossible to monitor all my thoughts..a long while ago..too much like hard work...but checking in with my feelings has been easier, far easier..and creates a connection with my self, my being, my body and what it is doing, what it wants to tell me... I can recommend it! You get to love and appreciate the body for what it is, the home of your spirit... it has views...:), mine has real views about I should eat and i usually ask it before I choose, specially in a restaurant or bear the consequences of heartburn etc...

    Thank you everyone who contributed and shared their thoughts and those who just read...and thought...:}!
    
    I wanted to focus our thoughts for a moment on something very profound in creating our lives again..... when we first understand that we are happily creating from our sociocultural programming, taught beliefs, personal backgrounds, religious indoctrination etc..a big mess... We constantly create from fear it seems....
    
    When we switch our focus though, believe in ourselves and focus our energy and attention on ways we want things to be, HOW we wants this New Earth to be ..incredible things are possible when we create consciously from a loving and caring perspective.
    
    Like attracts Like........:}..:}...and smile more.. even though you feel you could also cry..find things that make you feel GOOD and HAPPY...just imagine them...:}. All is vibration....Hold fast to LOVE....:}!!

  Lol...i do concure on those so called smal jocking thoughts somewhere comming out. This is how i realized years ago that we use the law al the time...the only thing (and i have mentioned this before) is the time laps and the way things manifest...like good-better-best. I realize things slowed down a bit when i got scared of al the synchronisity that was showing up in my life, and had to back off because i thought i was losing my mind.

  I agree, but it is eazy talking about changing when we know that most humans are brainwashed by the time they reach the age of 7. After that it is verry dificult to change what the unconscious has acumulated. So even if you want to think positive and make attraction work this way it actually works oposite to what you want because you do not see what energy you boost out on the unconscious level untill someone inlightened makes you aware of it. even then your programing is getting in your own way (i have strugled with this for more than 15 years) Bit by bit you need to clean up, and the clean up only is effective when you go through the experience all over again that made the inprint in your unconcious. And this part is the hardest one, unless while doing clean up you realize it accept it and release it, you will get stuck with unwanted attractions untill you finaly get it. The only good part is that the worst programming cleans up first so when you get finished with this one the rest tends to come eazy but...there is a LOT of it(especially for someone like me that was raised in Europe in a family where most of them were born in the I&II WW) There seems to be a lot to work on especially me being the first none military and rasist (especially against Germans). I seem to be the family garbage can where they trow all there past memories into, for me to clean up. So yes i support the law of attraction because i am in the center of it all the time and trying hard to stand straight. So now this makes one think about the people who unfortunatelly get negative things done by this law(from inplanting things untill age 7) and makes one want to help others instead of judging them. This is my thought about this matter.
