An Aesop fable goes like this:

An Ass once found a Lion's skin which the hunters had left out in the sun to dry. He put it on and went towards his native village. All fled at his approach, both men and animals, and he was a proud Ass that day. In his delight he lifted up his voice and brayed, but then every one knew him, and his owner came up and gave him a sound cudgelling for the fright he had caused. And shortly afterwards a Fox came up to him and said:

"Ah, I knew you by your voice."

Wanting to be something, which is actually a fake...

We are living in times of mighty fakery. Not only fake pics and fake movies fill the net. Most unfortunately, people are tempted to fake about who the are.

It is by no way not difficult to buy a doctorate in the net. Or you marry a rich guy. Maybe he is an old ramshakle man, but it´s ok. His money and influence makes you important.

One ramification of fake mentality is the emergance of what I call "Aversion Leagues". People find as if by magic together building up aversions against what they think mainstream.

You can observe such people in every bigger cities. They try to have personal style. They wear expensive clothings (while smiling on mainstream people wearing stuff from, let`s say discounter of common folks).  They eat lobbsters once in a while, while ordinary folks has pasta each second day. You know, what I mean. I could go on ad infinitum...

There is a level among fairly educated people, which have their own aversion style. They wrinkle their noses about ordinary rock music concerts. Instead, you`ll find them in classical concerts and highly sophisticated church symphonic events. You can smell "Chanel No. 5" and "Fahrenheit" 10 miles against the wind.

Other aversion followers go to public spirutual courses, practice Reiki and Prana, have highly intelligent talks and drink mainly fine red wines. Mostly they are women with men on their side mostly being silent and smiling. (I have spoken to some in the piss room, where they loved to tell dirty jokes - we were alone here).

In esoteric meetings the aversion case has become compulsive. No, 3 dimensional being is out, we look for 5th dimension! And we eat no meat and drink only energized water. Have you not read Emoto and his researches?

Oh, and Jesus, that poor guy, how they misundertood him, those terrible churches, God, how that sucks! Have you seen the new Angel Card Set by Doreen Virtue? This is sooooo amazing, here, pull one...

As aversion keepers we are against negativity, and against pessimism, and against hate, oh God, how terrrrible! This ordinary and uneducated folks will never understand!!! How will we call them? Human? No! Meat balls with two legs, hahaha, that is fitting! Walking clusters of protoplasm! Waiter, a new glass of wine!

The aversion league is in fact big part of every religious and spiritual movement. Their compulsion to be against something they call mainstream is simply silly.

And I`m not getting tired to reveal my AVERSION aginst such stupidity... Another fable by Aesop?

The Lion and the Fox went hunting together. The Lion, on the advice of the Fox, sent a message to the Ass, proposing to make an alliance between their two families. The Ass came to the place of meeting, overjoyed at the prospect of a royal alliance. But when he came there the Lion simply pounced on the Ass, and said to the Fox: 

"Here is our dinner for to-day. Watch you here while I go and have a nap. Woe betide you if you touch my prey." 

The Lion went away and the Fox waited; but finding that his master did not return, ventured to take out the brains of the Ass and ate them up. When the Lion came back he soon noticed the absence of the brains, and asked the Fox in a terrible voice:

"What have you done with the brains?"

"Brains, your Majesty! it had none, or it would never have fallen into your trap."
