About 20 years ago, Reggie Clemons was picked up by the police without a warrant. The police proceeded to brutally beat hit him and threaten him while they interrogated him. He was eventually sentenced to death for allegedly being an accomplice to murder.

Reggie did not receive his due process during his case. His rights were violated, he did not receive a fair jury during his trial and there is almost no physical evidence tying him to the murder.

Despite all of the problems with Reggie's case and trial, he still remains on death row.
