I bring greetings from Lord Sananda and myself. I AM Ashtar. YOU are being asked to continue the sending of Love to your sun during the next meditation; and to that, we will add also the Earth and her Animal Kingdom. Therefore, five minutes of sending the Energy of Love to each of those three grids.
[So, first do your Protocal: Ground, Center, and Intend Your Energies to join those of Project: Eagle Triad.]
1. For the first FIVE MINUTES, send the energy of LOVE to your SUN.
2. For the next FIVE MINUTES, send the energy of LOVE to THE EARTH, Gaia.
3. For the last FIVE MINUTES, send the energy of LOVE to THE ANIMAL KINGDOM.
As the higher-dimensional energies continue to flow into/onto your planet, it is imperative that the various grids and realms of Gaia be stabilized so as to create a graceful ascension for all. And together we are doing just that. Well done!
