Agreed, its just the first one I've been able to witness properly. Cool experience nonetheless. Definitely going to make a point of keeping an eye out for when the next one happens. There's a lunar eclipse at end of this month but seen that before so not as exciting lol.

understandable that, sad that everyone can't see it but guess these things happen. The thing I found most wierd was how 'washed out' the light on the ground is, its really different. Like sunset but not as colourful. Very cool thing to witness, wish I could take some photos for you but made the rather unintelligent decision to forget my good camera this morning. Sorry! Hopefully there are some photos floating around the site somewhere :)
