Touch is healthy and nurturing in human relationships. Perhaps not with random people you meet in the street, but with people you trust and love and who are comfortable with it.

I wonder how far removed western society is from more natural forms of touch and affection. What should we change, what should we let go off to feel physically comfortable with ourselves and others again?

Being civil and respectful towards other people’s boundaries is sensible in our society, but we shouldn’t estrange ourselves from physicality. Getting in touch with our natural needs doesn’t have to result in aggressive animalistic behavior. Animals also don’t fight each other all the time…

Sirians have several methods of selamat balik.....BUT, they are also able to hug and kiss, with love and affection....It is not "animal" to touch someone you love, or in friendship.....I'm sure that if your parents socially distanced, you would not be alive here now, vexing ACC with your inane puritan platitudes.....Oh, unless you're a product of a virgin birth...??

Moreover, socially distanced human beings are a method of keeping control over populations, whom you seek to reduce in numbers.....We saw this during the scamdemic, so why are you offering this, as any type of virtue...??
