im replying to this part because i dont want to muddy up all your nice links, that annular "ring" eclipse is so friggen kool looking. i have a kool fact about sunset and our atmosphere. most people think the sun sets when the top tip of the sun goes below the horizon however because of like atmospheric refraction (dont know if thats the correct term) the sun actually sets when the bottom tip goes below the horizon, like cause of the curve of the earth and the bend of light through that thickness of atmosphere. this only applies when looking at a sunrise or sunset when you can see the horizon clearly, no trees mountains etc well i guess if you were ON the mountain it would be alright lol
