lol i dont take my own advice !!so what I said was after writing your response click HTML top right then click add comment works every time !! :/
I just put up a post about this probably a week ago titled "empty posts". The ashtar site is really screwed up right now.
As a precaution, when you go to put up a response, select all of it (Ctrl A) and copy it to the clipboard (Ctrl C), then hit the "Html" button on the formatting bar to view the message in html format.
Then hit "add reply".
It should keep it. And if it doesn't at least you have the message copied so you don't lose it.
If you get an empty post, you can just select "Edit" and then Paste (Shift+Insert) the message into it and save. That's what I had to do at first.
Yep, I'm using this workaround, too.
