  I usually don't trust channeling materials, on a principle of exercising my discernment, and hold the entity's words that channeled through with a grain of salt.
  
  Interesting story, and your story rings true for me. Last year, I keep dreaming I was fighting in many battles against negative energies. Thankfully, the dark ones becoming lesser and lesser, but I know they'll come back to get control of this planet.
  
  I think, that's why my friend, it would be wise to shield and ground yourself on many levels if you're sensitive to negative energies of not just negative entities, but negative emotions and energies to the surrounding people..

    I always view October/November as months of transitions and lots of upheavals. Last year, when I was a little weak-minded, I got psychic attacked by dark energies and dark thoughtforms because they want to snuff my light out. Roffle, the dark energies didn't win though, and I transformed them into light or command the angels to take care of the dark entities.
    
    Therefore, it is always recommended to increase your energetic vibration to make your etheric shields effective and protect your etheric body.
