I was just reflecting on the wonderful progress I've made in my Consciousness the past 14 months, since I found this website. I AM profoundly Grateful to Ben Arion, without whom this site wouldn't be.
Ben does a stellar job running this site, & has contributed so much through his own posts, not to mention keeping the Energy on the site in check. And I AM profoundly Grateful to the members of this site for their many contributions through all the incredible videos & discussions here.

Some really good ideas Shelly. Thank you so much. Another way we can support Brother Ben Arion is to buy his ebook, entitled "Cosmic Nature Awakening". A printed copy can be ordered on this site. I bought the book in December of 2009, & dusted it off recently for another read. It is a great little book & a very enjoyable read.
You will learn what it means to Awaken, & what it means to Ascend. Also what life is like in the 5th Dimension & life in a galactic society. You will learn what the Ashtar Command is; About life aboard a mothership 100 miles or more in Diameter. There are some great meditation tips here too; and so much more!!!
