Some really good ideas Shelly. Thank you so much. Another way we can support Brother Ben Arion is to buy his ebook, entitled "Cosmic Nature Awakening". A printed copy can be ordered on this site. I bought the book in December of 2009, & dusted it off recently for another read. It is a great little book & a very enjoyable read.

You will learn what it means to Awaken, & what it means to Ascend. Also what life is like in the 5th Dimension & life in a galactic society. You will learn what the Ashtar Command is; About life aboard a mothership 100 miles or more in Diameter. There are some great meditation tips here too; and so much more!!!

Thank you to "Ben-Arion" and all that have been inspired and called to even seek this site out and contribute ion whatever way they can. I used to be a regular poster but with juggling so many balls in the air i haven't been able to contribute here as much as i would like to but my thoughts and energy are indeed blessing you all.
