Polar Shift / Earths Magnetic Field Degrading

From what I read and understood, earthquakes have increased near the polar regions and the magnetic fields have been affected causing the sphere shaped earth to appear somewhat elongated in certain areas meaning an unstable weight on the polar regions causing a shift in tectonic plates.
