Omens...Dead birds

Does anyone beleive in Omens? A few days a go before I moved to where I am, there was a cat in my friends back yard with a bird in its mouth. I managed to free the bird and I took it in my hands and a few minutes later it died. I tend to think any kind of death is a pretty bad omen, does anyone have anything to say on this?Myles

This is nature and life playing out as a mirror.......then... there is no real death, just a changing of colors...:)....as consciousness doesn't die........the bird had your loving hands to hold it in compassion... then its soul went home to 'Bird Consciousness'....Maybe a moment of preciousness and pain?
