  • When I was a little girl in the 50's we lived in a small town and had chickens.  I can remember that sometimes dogs or other animals would break into the chicken house at night to grab a roosting chicken. My dad had a 22  and every once in a whlle, he had to go out back and shoot a critter getting into the chicken house. I was very frightened when that happened.   I was upset for the chickens, but also upset for the wild dog or whatever was roaming about.

I have very mixed feelings about firearms.  I know it was necessary to protect the chickens because they were a food source and egg layers.  They can't defend themselves and we loved them just for being themselves.

On the other hand, I absolutely abhor violence of any kind.  I think they are needed in this world to some degree, and it's wrong to take them from the people in order to control them.  I guess I don't like the senselessness of just shooting something or someone because they happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time....but as I've been on this planet quite awhile, I recognize that people MAY have to defend themselves or their family at some point.

I don't have the answers for this...unless it's tied in with ascension.  Hopefully we won't have to worry about it soon.

  • Yeah indeed, we have ever more become some of the guinea pigs where things are first tested.

It's a very tranquillized country, socially tall poppy syndrome takes care of all those with loud voices, in some ways it's worse than the US.

  • Indeed. Either everyone has a gun or no one has a gun. The choice stands before humanity.

  • It's pretty hard to understand gun ownership, until you've lived in countries like South Africa, where if you don't have one it's basically like walking around and asking for someone to kill you right away.

Thankfully most of the western world is far more civilized, sans mass shootings of course. It a very complex problem. Ownership, the shootings, crime in general, the need for laws (pro/con)....those are only the symptoms.

  • I truthfully think guns should be completely banned, but the surrendering of weapons needs to start with our governments. They need to surrender them to We The People, their bosses.

  • ironically wanting to own a gun for the reasons anunciated suggests an insufficient responsability that ought to preclude ownership....

  • this is right up there with the stupidest discourses ive come across

it is so stupid im lost for words as to how to describe and quantify the absurdities it asserted

thank heavens australians have realtively robust gun control

    guns manifest deadly violence

    this video's message is disgusting!!!!

The mountains of Iceland are not natural formations, but an ancient cascading system of pyramidal transceivers that were redesigned by the Dark Rings for their purposes."
