Ayurveda states when food is cooked fresh eat straightaway but max within 3 hrs after that the living force in the food starts to decrease as it starts loosing its vibes, energy and taste ..although edible it's not the same as eating fresh.

Most restaurants and cafes and wherever food is served including temples you have the right to know if it's freshly cooked or from yesterday or older or yesterdays mixed with fresh ..you have the right to know for your wellbeing sake.

Most bloody bastards serve you yesterdays or longer food without you knowing as they just want to make money and use yesterdays food.

WE  NEED A LAW WHICH STATES ALL PLACES SERVING FOOD MUST LABEL IT AS WHEN COOKED ..day , time and date ..if it's yesterdays they must mark it as yesterdays and it's your choice to have it on your plate or have only freshly cooked food on your plate .. the bloody bastards ( I have to use this lingo as they get away with it ) find that without telling you they get away with it so do it daily serving you yesterdays / sometimes yesterdays mixed into todays and very rarely cooking fresh . Then again so items may be fresh  and some items yesterday's but the bloody bastards want tell you ..oh No

All food put out for sale or given out MUST HAVE A LABEL STATING ..DATE/ TIME AND DAY FOOD COOKED ...THEN ITS YOUR CHOICE TO HAVE IT OR LEAVE IT AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND I SUGGEST IF ITS FRESHLY COOKED HAVE IT ..IF YESTERDAYS OR TODAYS MIXED WITH YESTERDAY DO NOT HAVE IT BUT GO LOOKING ELSEWHERE TILL YOU FIND A PLACE WHERE THEY DISH OUT FRESH FOOD ..SO BE IT
