We all need help from time to time and we are here to help you kindred spirit.
First off you need to connect with your self. Meditation is one of the best ways, but everyone has there own way and you must find yours. once you connect with yourself and love yourself the world and universe will open up to you.
Sit in a quiet place or a place that will make you at peace. Tell yourself you want to connect with yourself and others, and really mean it. By wanting or needing things in your life that will better yourself, you must go for them and never give up. By asking this one question I hope you gain some wisdom from it. Mainly I want you to try searching within yourself, ask you inner being questions and they will be answered, some may come quick, some in visions and others in time. You can always look to the outside for help and gaining wisdom, but by looking within you will find all the answers you seek. And I'll tell you one more thing your spirit will never let you down. I wish you the best on your journey.
i like what the others saying about getting out into nature. also are you exercising....that has been the best thing for me during this shift is doing some yoga, cause even when i have been dealing with heavy intense energy the yoga makes everything right as rain again.....do some meditation (or whatever it is you do)....take a walk.....and eat some good food....I like what these guys are saying....d'tewa....and Klass, Si, and so on and so forth......don't worry about it.....it could be a dark night if you can't feel your connection, but stay steadfast and don't worry about it to much
Getting out in Nature works well for me... getting grounded, as well as, asking for help from Angels/Guides. EFT is also another tool I use for, well, just about anything. Also, maybe find some good meditative music, such as crystal bowls, chants, Ohm'ing, etc. For me, those sounds usually kick in some form of remembrance/connection.
I know exactly how you feel. On the autumn equinox I feel like such an A-LI-EN. Couldn't relate to people AT ALL. Didn't feel HUMAN. Thought I was losing my mind. Crying. Try to get outside. Try to commune with animals and nature. Get in touch with people. Hope it helps.
