  stay centered, keep calm and send your love to all .. don't allow yourself to get dragged into the way the system appears and to get affected by other peoples actions ... just keep your own vibes up because in doing so, you will help them more .. you are not alone.. 

  in my opinion, its not your responsibility to do anything against the people who are responsible .. they will eventually learn because karma will pay them a visit but you will only give yourself more of your own karma by turning up as their karma.. just don't judge them and see the highest good in them, forgive them and stay in your own light .. stay cool, stay balanced and keep loving.. being part of a more silent revolution is far more effective than getting loud with those who are temporarily lost, no matter how much you want to see them get their just desserts, you make more progress by wanting to see them flourish from their hearts and its that kind of knowing that will get through to them rather than seeking to do something against them .. they are after all, our brethren.

  I feel if we want to guide them back onto a more spiritual path then its best to remain neutral.. they will learn through reaping what  they have sowed, eventually they will want to be peaceful and what better way to teach them than by example, the example of being peaceful.

  Stop watching TV, throw away your TV and stop buying into the fictional pseudo-reality created by the media.

  Hey there....Defiantly hearing about a horrific act in the media is horrible for people. It is devistating and a overload to our heats and minds.
  
  I was reading in the book (ascension handbook by tony stubbs) 3d mass concensus plays horror movies 24/7. What he recommended was to unplug from mass consensus. Unplug do not participate. I need to unplug myself too... The media in general is unsavory, but I don't think that what we see a accurately represents humanity. For the most part good people are everywhere.......
  
  What has proven very very to me helpful is to volunteer or do some service work. Giving your time and energy to the greater good. It Will always raise the spirits to help people out who are in need.

  well, you better keep it together for some more time 'couse that crazy world is not ending any time soon. However we are in the process of evolutionary learning process which , still , require a bit more time to polish those destructive issues plaguing humanity today. Learning self discipline and not giving up hope helps...............................
