  I have just been skimming through these posts and thinking - you guys!! What a nice bunch of people you all are. Good advice of all kinds, and very sincere. Bless!! I got warm fuzzies just reading through your responses.

  Hi, you are right, I can create a different vibration in my room. In fact that is what I often do. It is much easier and effortless to stay away from the lower vibrations by moving. the feeling of being somewhere new with lots of things to explore stops you from getting too depressed.
  I think when I head back to France I will go to this city and see how it feels, but I dont think I will move there. In fact I just realised there is this much smaller town in the mountains that is not far, so I might go there. the main problem however is the issue of work...I need somewhere that I can find some...unless somehow I get some success from my book.
  I have recently written down alot of things I have wanted, and have been visualising them coming true.
  I think the perfect place for me is a town that is not too big, not too hot and is close to the mountains.
  Definately I am in the need of grounding!I feel time is running out for me to do my soul mission.

  If you believe in astrology, we're in a mercury retrograde period, where info is mislaid, hidden or just plain doesn't show up in time, and any decisions made now will have to be re-vsited again so...
  
  Personally, if I have any doubts I hold off or don't do...until signals are clear .. why not ask the universe (aka yourself) for (another) unambiguous signpost ? works for me.

    Hi, thanks for the reply and your advice! Perhaps I know this friend of mine from another place as well...
    I think thats a good idea that I at least visit the city for a while to see what it is like, but I would rathar decide if I want to live there before, because if I dont want to live there I dont know where I will go!
    The reason I have to decide now is because right now I am many thousands of kilometres from this city.
    I often ask for angels and guides to give me signs, but they dont give me many.
    I move ALOT! I have lived in nine different countries, and many cities! I dont know why I feel compelled to do this. I think it is to keep my energy levels high. If I stay in one place too long I really get dragged down into lower vibrations. I would like to find somewhere however that I really want to live for a long time.

    what did you mean by decisions having to be revisited?
    Yes, I think I will hold back a bit until I have some clearer signs...I often ask the universe to give them to me!

      I try not to make major life-changing decisions at this time especially ones where I have to sign on the dotted line cause from experience, it never goes as smoothly or as planned or just takes longer to get to where you want to (I mean if you want it to take a while with stops and starts then do it now else hold off). Mercury is all about communication and retrograde means going backward so...
      
      Revisited - I mean nothing seems to be finalised however final you think it is during this time.

        Hi, thanks for reply, and also the link. I certainly dont like making life changing decisions at times of uncertainty, something I feel I have done before. Can I ask when does this mercury period end?

    Hi, thanks for your take on it. I t\hadnt thought of it that way before. It is probably telling me that it will wear me down as you said, the fact she looked old and grey being the give away. Yes, you are right that it probably isnt good for someone with my sensitivity but I dont see alot of other options. I have to go somewhere that I can be sure of getting work, and this city,(Lyon, France by the way) seemed like the best one for that in the area. The trouble is I am not getting any viable alternatives.
