It appears to show a man climbing down from a window before falling spectacularly.
The incident was captured by bystanders standing over the road from the royal residence.

But, this type of media was always working for the system, not against it, and I don't see how this story can benefit the system (Royals)
I've never been there, so I can't claim that it is the same building, but why would Mirror publish that.....it would be unforgivable mistake for newspapers
