Look around at the people you know with special talents,
whether it be sports, education, music, or skipping rocks/ etc.
I always ask all the talented people that i have connections with exactly how
do you get what you want, and how are you so good at it.
No matter what that persons talent is, they all describe the exact same feeling but in different ways,
it just takes different tools to activate it. One person may get this feeling from playing guitar,
or the other might get that feeling from doing a trick on a skateboard.
Whatever gives you this feeling im speaking of and you are aware of it,
visualize it and use it towards your every goal.
Use it for your motivation & the things you want.
Asking why & how are not always a way of learning or proceeding,
but sometimes it is the doubt and questioning that keeps you from getting what you want.
