Lethargy

Anyone else finding themselves incredibly tired lately?

It may have nothing to do with ascension, my sleeping pattern has always been a bit chaotic... but right now I'm finding myself so exhausted, I'm falling asleep in the middle of the day even after a good night's sleep.

I always have incredibly vivid dreams, and often wake up feeling very unrefreshed, as though I've been very active whilst sleeping. But the dreams are so complex, when I try to analyse and interpret them I'm often clueless as to what they mean. (It's frustrating, I KNOW they're important but I don't know why!)

Any advice greatly appreciated :)

Love and light

  • Thanks, guys - glad to know I'm not the only one! x

  • I love dreammoods.com - I have it bookmarked :) The only problem I have with it is that dreams are so personal, I prefer to work out their meaning myself - the "meaning" of any particular symbol is inevitably subjected to one's waking attitudes and perceptions of it.

Of course, then there are Jungian archetypes, which are a whole other matter! :)

  • Thanks, guys - glad to know it's not just me! :)

  • I AM incredibly tired.

  • Yea me too, I'm feeling unusually tired lately.....I think it's best to just go with it. As for lethargy....a bit...but I usually have this I don't care attitude lol It doesn't come from apathy though, it comes more from acceptance....I try to accept things as they come and not.....resist them. Most of the time resisting something just makes it worse. Sometimes you just have to go with the flow and make the best of it.
