    Great message, I love this. I kept thinking there was all sorts of things I had to do, try to be, and I wasted a lot of time thinking what if I am left behind???? I kept thinking that people were all ahead of me, like talking to their guides, traveling to other realms and I have not done any of those things.....been in an alien spacecraft albeit against my will, but didn't think that was an ascention prerequisite, as a matter of fact kind of felt dirty like that experience would hold me back from ascention because I never did figure out the WHY ME of that part of my life. I am glad that there is no magic formula.l Just let all the worrying go and just BE. What a relief. Maybe I won't be left behind as damaged goods. I for one am relieved.
