Hey everyone!

Doing yoga in this process has helped me more than I can say, and I wanted to take the time to talk about it. The moving through this process while dealing with some intense energy has been trying, and the yoga practice has done nothing, but help me channel this energy, raise my vibrations, align chakras and move myself forward in this process.

A few weeks ago I signed up for a Kriya Kundalini meetup and they meet every Sunday and the cost is only five bucks, which you cannot beat. I went to my first class not sure what to expect. The two people who are putting on the meetup are a young couple (couple of starchildren) and it feels genuine. It was not far from my house and so I brought my exercise clothes and my mat, both of which were not really needed. We started with a mantra, and then a breathing exercise that lasted 20 minutes where we visualized energy running up our spine to our third eye and back down again.

There were about four exercises in all, and when I left I went to another yoga class......what happened in the yoga class is what I want to talk about.......When I was breathing in my lungs felt huge and open, I felt the fullness of the moment and what I was doing and I could see energy everywhere.......

I told the class when I went back (for the second class) that it seemed my third eye was activated more and I have seen three chakras on three different people since then.....The night of the second class I had a dream.....It was an angel dream. 

the dream was as follows there was someone who was being killed by their father, and the person was trying to write "dad" on the truck to let people know who did it....but the killer (father) had gas to set the car on fire.......then there was this woman who (i think she was killed) but she was an angel in human form and she was working on the situation in life and in death, because she suddenly was an angel and said "do you remember me?" An individual figured out that the same person who killed him killed his mother or his father.

The ending was there was a bunch of people in this room and this angel (looked human) was doing all this work, and she was doing all this work the entire time. The bad guy was close to changing and he was in the middle of all these people dramatically changing, like shaking, and the woman was trying to bring out the change, and so she handed him the baby which caused him to transform right on the spot.

Everyone was wearing this wonderful robes all of a sudden and suddenly there was a celebration of song as people lifted their arms and sang "On the mountain of high......(something here not sure)

So long story short this transformation is not for the faint of heart and I highly recommend starting a yoga practice of some sort to help, ground, and move yourself forward. If money is an issue I joined a meetup group and it has so far been five bucks a session (but the workshop costs more though) and the studio where I do yoga I do a cleaning trade for.......so there are always ways to get up and get moving!!!
