I just want to bring this up and I am sure that most here would not fall prey to this. If you get a comment on your page from someone who may be new or not known previously to you and they ask you for your personal off site email address because they say they have something they want to discuss with you or something private they want to say, DO NOT give them your personal email address. Per SNOPES this is how internet phishers make master lists of people to spam or phish, and then they share their lists with other spammers and phishers. There is a lot of scammers using the internet groups like ning and social go and other websites to go phishing for email addresses for their spamming/phishing lists. So NEVER give your personal email address to anyone you do not know or are new to the site. Just a reminder because there was someone today spamming for personal email addresses. Just an fyi. I have contacted Ben about this and I am sure he will take care of the scammer.

Thank you for posting this. I have gotten friend requests and along with the friend request (the individual) says something odd out of the friend request protocal, requesting information. I looked up there friend request information online and was right. If they are not on this site and it is kinda odd. Do not accept. To many scams.....
I was at a talk for the astrology of 2012 the astrology said that with neptune in pisces we will see a lot of nebulus things, like the internet, regulation of the internet, netflix streamed into homes, nebulus......things that used to be cut and dry are not....

Your welcome everyone. Glad it might have saved some people the invasion of their privacy. Lucky I had just been over to the Snopes site and noticed about this phishing scam. I like Snopes, it seems quite up to date on things I wonder about, I try to keep up with all the internet scams so I am one hop ahead.
