  Yup.

  People become attached to the term and since we are living in the dark ages still, the term comes to describe the entity's whole nature. Thus if one were to call God, Goddess, and at the same time lack the knowledge of all that we on this site take for granted, you still end up exactly what human culture has ended up with: religion. Only a feminine based one as we had 5000BC and prior.

  So in effect labels are extremely limiting and conflict producing, even more so when they are disseminated on a planet as cut off from source as ours.

  That all notions of a deity are the product of the human mind. Therefore the question "is profanity against God's will?" is an illogical question since no deity exists outside of the human imagination. Whatever a "god" wishes, wills, or commands is nothing more than what a human wishes, wills, or wants.  So the real question boils down to whether profanity is acceptable to the god believer or not.

    If you step outside this universe and look at the collective energy that makes up all the conscious entities in this universe, you'll see 1 god.. You will not see all his "cells".. or well.. You will, but it'll be like looking at a human. When you look at a human you do not see just a collection of unconsious molecules seemingly working together to simulate Life. You see the whole, and the whole, from your point of view, seems utterly conscious, even though its parts probably are not.

    Now, how can this be?

    How can a collection of seemingly individual parts become a body at all.. According to all natural rule every molecule in his body should scatter in all directions the moment he makes a thought that does not resonate with the preferred state of his molecules but they don't.. Something is keeping'em in place, and that something would have to be an external event of this universe. (You can't control a box while being IN the box).

    So, now when you draw logic into this discussion you also dra ME into it because I AM Logic. Logic has been my religion since I were 8 and learned the meaning of the word... :)

    So, lets see if your logic can lead you to a sound definition of what God would be. He already exists, everyone claim so.. So, all we have to do left is to resonate on a firm definition of him. The question "WHAT is he?" needs an answer.

    I believe MY answer is quite logical, where I look at God, as the sole result of what you'll see if you look at the conscious grid from a distance.

    (sorry if I wandered a bit off topic here, I just felt an opposing view of the definition of god, were needed here :)

  i believe it is not the words we choose to communicate with, but the energy attached.

  In other words, if i say hey have a nice fucking day! you would either be happy with my statement, for you felt my enthusiasm...or you would attach your own negative energy to the word "fuck" turning it into something negative, and assuming it was sent to you in this manner, intentionally.

  So although, there is of course no law or rule against what words we use, there is still opportunity to allow someone else to apply negativity to your words, where none was intended.

  Practically speaking, it's just as easy to say have a great day instead, removing any chance for a negative interpretation.

  Those were were my thoughts exactly as I pondered this topic today. 

  Yes this can be a general rule to guide any thought , word or deed.  Does it lift you up or does it pull you down,  is it based in love or fear. 

  If you curse to uplift another, as in 'What a fucking fantastic comment you just posted' then that would be great.  But if you were to say   'what a stupid fucking idiot I am' then how would I feel, uplifted?  Maybe not.

  SInce I use profanities to give emotional meaning to words rather than as a tool for "attacking God" I am quite sure God does not care much about me hijacking and re-defining the basic meaning of words that were originally crafted and banned by an institution that have corrupted Gods will by design for I don't even know how many years... ;)

  God Loves me and I love Him, and that's the end of it. :)

  That's why it's funny to hear these people go on about how we need to get out of duality, you can't get out of duality unless you once again go into the stillness. And you can't stay there forever, eventually you'll want to experience again, so you'll go back into the duality game to experience and play some more. Life never ends.

  The glory of God is the creation, without duality and separation, there would be no experiencing. There would just be potential existing in an unmanifested state. And you can't really get out of it, you can get to higher levels of it, more refined and defined levels, more loving and united levels, but there will still always be a duality, until we are once again one with God. And even then, we'll want to experience things again, that's what we're created to do, it's the very purpose of our existence, and it'll never stop. Again, life never ends.

  So there, you wanted my view, I just gave it to you lol And no, I didn't swear, I know I didn't lol Bring me up the word I used, because I honestly don't remember it. And I actually very rarely get into any arguments at all. I'll get into discussions...and I'm opinionated, and I'll express my opinions strongly, but it's actually very rare that I'll get into an argument, even if other people get all offended, I tend to stay somewhat centered lol Not always, but most of the time lol
