Is astral plane created by us?

I was told that the astral plane of reality is created by our collective imagination. Is that true?First of all that our brains /subconscious or whatever you wanna call can create reality is obviously shown by some vivid dreams we atimes have. No doubt, the only thing neaded to create a whole universe is nothing but an enormous memory!First of all lets see if our cosmos is perharps nothing but a huge memory and/program. As usuall I resort to QUANTUM MECHANICS to get ideas (strictly not necesarily TRUTHS). Thats the wave nature of matter. As usuall, when we create waves, before the portion of the undulating medium lieing ahead gets excited. The portion lieing behind gets unexited so that the ENERY is said to be TRANSFERED ahead instead of getting CREATED ahead. Using an entirely different language, we say the undulation leaves no memory behind. And so in usuall waves, we never see them behave like anything such as MATTER. The former is in INCESANT MOTION.But in the ABSORBTION of energy by the medium instead of TRANSFERE, creation is acheived as in the absorption of photons to form ELECTRON and POSITRON pair. The thus absorbed energy is stored as memory in ether. So electron and positron pair is a memory of the event; absorbtion of photons. So the world is a memory and the motion etc is something like a dream!You can also use the formation of the so called FLOWER OF LIFE to understand this. It is just a wave (event) leaving some memory behind.So how do we WRITE into ether? If we did, we would create a world. If we did it at some othe 'FREQUENCY', we would creat an unsean world such as ASTRAL, ETHERIC, MENTAL etc.'your name is written in the book of life'This might have been what Jesus was talking of.

The way I see it is we create our reality on the mental, causal, emotional and physical all the time. The physical stuff manifests slower than say the causal or even the mental. It seems like the mental manifestation would be fastest. That's the way I see it. How do you see it? This is fascinating.
