  For three years I felt dizzy and lightheaded, there was pressure in my head and I had several headaches. I also had fatigue, where I would sleep a lot and a few more medical problems, that my doctor couldn't explain. After I found meditation, when my crown chakra opened all the pressure and dizziness went away and the top of my head filled with an energy I had never felt before.

  This is my experience, I am sure glad I finally found a reason why I was feeling like this all these years!

  I can relate, especially to the "no mind" feeling & lack of focus.  I remember very little about day to day happenings unless something really strikes me.  I've been getting intense tingling sensations in my head.  Overall, I feel rather 'abstract' these days... less defined as a person in my thoughts, ideas, communications.  It's been quite difficult.

  The energy associated with this "Super Moon" on the 19th is intense. Couple that with all of the activity with the energy shifting that will continue to take place, it will affect people internally and externally. I have not experienced being light headed, but I have friends who are going through the same thing. I am experiencing changes in my sleep patterns, and levels of energy in my body.

  lOLs, the symptoms get worse when you go in to a coughing fit!  Umm what did they used to say.... Ah yeh thats right, you don't cough you don't get orf!! lols

  Yes, definately feeling something going on in my head.

  Also a sort of neutralization or balancing of emotions going on.  I can't seem to feel extremes - like extremely sad or extremely happy.   I think I'm being prepared for events to come - so that they don't bog me down with over-emotion in the coming days/months.  This is good because I'm normally very empathic and can feel the emotions of others deeply.    I almost feel like some sort of borg lately.  LOL

    Hi Toni,

    Even though I am not going through the light headedness I certainly understand what you are saying here! I have been noticing a balancing out of emotional extremes also. I am empathic as well, and I think your assesment it absolutely correct. We are being prepared for what is ahead.

  So many things is happening in my head. It feels like ailiens are taking over it, and i belive in it, they ar etelling me to think in english, and i can feel e big pressure in my head all the time. Now i fully realize the power of god cus its just hittet me... but mother earth catched me when i felt so at elast im on erath now....

  still im so fast in my mind, and the toughs are flowing so intense. I belive that its time for a world realization, to unify us all into oneess in this One cosmic consciousness.... i can feel the expansion of my third eye, and i can feel how all the chakras in my body is opening up for the energies to flow free.
  I belive that many people feels the same thing...... and that if its not its gonna be a common things. I can really feel the changes in my mind, and how i reach a higher state of mind..... maybee its just me bringing myself up, but it feels like a realease of my ego and ignorance.... i am, and i am becoming more present in the moment every sekond... i wonder when im gonna be present enough, but its never enough in every new meeting...

  i dont understand what is happening, but it feels like im setting my mind and myself free, right now writing this.

  this ailien thing has brought alot of confusion to me, i hope to be clear with it soon... but its like a nagging voice in english, and I speak swedish.... its so weird, but i can really feel how im being transformed.. i dont reqognize myself anymore.... are you familiar with this feeling??

  it doesnt tear me down, it teaches me that love and compassion is the way to go, and that all the destruction now going on on planet earth is uniting us and brings a One world vision that is peace. And this helps us to unite against worlds biggest enemy nuclear. I belive the hole world will realize the same thing....

  life is about realizing again and again and again, it takes us closer to the moment now.

  Cus now is all that we have for granted if anything.
