Just imagine no more bills ...but the main concern is that there will be always some nutters that will misuse this power ...just like some nutters are hacking the Internet ... So what is the solution???..free power but if not used sensibly then most of it will be misused and wasted

Cool .. Being a Satellite Engineer I can figure out some of it but to built one you would need an Electrical/ Electronic Engineer.
The question is how much would a ready made COST ?
