I too am telling you what I know--you are simply choosing to believe what you've read about as fact.
For me there is no UFO/ET mystery. I understand and that's all I will say. Much information & lies have been and are still being spread about to dissuade people from truth, and to keep them in fear and persecuting each other.
I know a great deal about Tesla and the work stolen from him, how Bush's 'father' was his 'trusted assistant/accountant'(which should give one pause), the "Philadelphia Experiment/Project," the "Montauk Project," U.S.S. Eldridge, Preston Nichols, Einstein(and his Rosen Bridge), Hitler's journeys, Project Paperclip, MJ12, "invisibility" "time travel" etc. The stories about a 'Montauk Project' have been circulating for over 3 decades and emerged from the "Philadelphia Project" (according to Nichols & others) which stemmed from Einstein, his equations and the Rosen Bridge theory. I was not ridiculing you for your research, merely stating that if you'd looked into it (Plum Island) a bit more you (hopefully) would have come to different conclusions.
The Montauk monster wasn't named for a project, merely for the place it was found by passersby. If someone is claiming responsibility for it, claiming it's part of the Montauk Project, I cannot control that. As far as Preston Nichols & "Peter Moon" books on Montauk and ET's--they've profited handsomely from their trilogy and books....for me, anyone selling wisdom, "truth" or enlightenment always makes me very wary unless through my own experiences it can be proven true.
You're very much underestimating the manipulation and illusion the USGov can create; often giving birth to the facade they have much more power than they actually do. Gov't counts on you believing their lies. They'll use very plausible characters aka actors to make their illusions seem very real, when they are not. These actors are paid very well for their skills & silence. Here's a FEMA vid of men and women acting out "domestic terrorism" acts(from FEMA website)--even going as far as having actors play out a bio-terror theft/attack on USA with the USGov being "slow" to respond--killing millions of Americans. ABCNews reports the alleged "aftermath" of bio-terror fallout because USGov "diagnosed" people to slowly. Now why on earth would FEMA need to "practice" that? Myths, "religion" and lies are the tools of slave-masters--our belief in them is what enslaves us, not actual chains. This is good news.
If you choose to always believe what you research, there's nothing I can do. But I can say this...if time travel were a reality, then we'd be completely enslaved by now rendering current experimental programs like chemtrails, vaccines, GMO's, HAARP, and what's happening on Plum Island...unnecessary.
Anyone familiar with this topic would never divulge any info as it would only compromise them to the wrong people. "Regular" Citizens need only realize they are actually potentially far more powerful when in their higher awareness than they could ever dream. NWO elites depend on their underlings to maintain society at a patently absurd state of unawareness to what has been occurring. It is mostly a battle between ET races for control of the planet (Earth is extra-special) with humans caught in the middle. The super soldier program is only one of many. I was in the army and thought the special forces were "it" - the end all of it all. Boy was I wrong. I've since grown absolutely sick of how people are so gripped by fear as they learn the truth (actually it is truly terrifying for those with any cognitive ability). I'm tired of humans who are so bent on power & control, I wish I had a special way to do away with the entire existence of anything of this nature. There are myriads of things in the underground bases/labs. I've heard of many different things. I know one thing for certain repeated many times was a warning about the microchip. Whatever you do, don't take the microchip. It of course is contingent upon what you do NOW. What you are making yourself aware of NOW. It is not tomorrow. You must always think in terms of the NOW. I also think anyone possessing a passing interest in these things should avoid it alltogether, you really don't want to know too much if you're not seriously pursuing the subject. You can Google LtCol SC (from "TheEdge" broadcast-he's real, although paranoid), Duncan O'Finiaon, Sarah Strange, RedIceRadio. No very important and useful information will be easy to find, it's taken me years of listening and researching. I had no idea the depth & scope of all this. We've given ourselves only greater technology to work with as a solution to our current predicament. Does it appear as if it has served us? We need truly to return to our so called "primitive" state, or face an uncertain future. The only real solution for the common person is to act in their truth, to be in their authenticity (sorry for using flowery words). This is a time when only those who are truly loving will survive. You will be totally exposed for what you are in your heart. Know it.
If you'd done a bit of research on Plum Island you wouldn't have posted--because what they're doing their is shocking. It's history is an abomination and residual of Nazi Germany's Mengele experiments.
Unfortunately, it is highly doubtful they're 2 different subjects. Montauk NY is only a few miles away from Plum Island. Numerous unidentifiable animals--even a human(looking) hybrid--has washed up on shores within miles of Plum. Here's a map--Plum island is in square and Montauk is highlighted in red...

Finding "Monsters"(Montauk or otherwise) are commonplace for anyone living within a 50 mile radius of Plum Island. Jessie Ventura has done an interesting show on it here:
Montauk is indeed at the easternmost end of the southern fork of Long Island New York. Plum Island (the one that's being referred to with Disease Control Experimentation) is off the Northeast Coast of Long Island, New York.
The "super soldiers" are why spiritual beings from other dimensions and star systems are so leary about major involvement with the citizens of planet Earth. Just look at the style of our "special friendship" our leaders are offering to protect the money addicts that put them in power. I'd probably be leary about coming here too!!

You know I've learned to look at "sci-fi" in a very different light.
The idea of super-soldiers was outrageous 13 years ago when this series came out. Now, with everything I've learned about microbiology, parasitology, nanotechnology, "transgenics," black ops & programs--I have no doubt the USGov has been messing around with gene-splicing, DNA tampering with humans. Here's a vid from a science 'fiction' show produced over a decade ago that I never took seriously, but now do. Jessica Alba was the star, "created" in a lab by splicing human DNA with cat DNA.

Decades ago a Nazi Doctor was hired by the USGov to do treacherous things to humans and animals.
