You don't have top go far in the esoteric community to before you have someone offering you sage wisdom like, "You know what, you just need to let it go." Or "embrace the light". Or You don't know how to love. Sound advice, all of this. Unfortunately, it also has the theraputic qualities of toilet paper. If you don't know how to use it, you can end up with a bigger mess than you had when you started. (Scrunchers, take note;).
In my opinion there is not much value in offering someone help that goes along the lines of embrace the light unless you can give them the steps that you use to embrace the light. Because if you can't your recommendation has no credibility.
As the receiver, (and giver), of such pearls of wisdom I have come to learn the effectiveness of a very small statement. So using our above example, "You need to embrace the light", a typical response to that would be, "Fantastic, sounds like a great idea. I'M not very god at these things. Please show me how to do that". What you normally find is that after telling you," well, you just embrace" it 3 or 4 times they have to come to the conclusion that they don't know.
And we all do it. We all live our lives as if what we say is truth. We never stop to question our truth. And we take offence when others question us to back up our words.
What I see a need for is a place where people who have asked the question, 'How do you do that" of themselves and others, and discerned an answer, can come together, share and discuss their findings. A Light Workers tool kit. For want of a better term.
It is important to note that there can be no wrong contributions here. Because by definition the technique has been tested in the trenches and works. Guaranteed. For 1 person. And if it works for 1 person, the potential exists for it, or at the very, least a portion of it, to be of benefit to someone else. So if you find yourself compelled to argue against one of the suggestions, you may need to consider putting that suggestion to use on yourself. It's always a good indicator.
And if it comes to pass that we find suggestions that, in the cold light of day, don't really work as well as the contributor thought they did, lets not show them how little we know by berating it. Lets take the idea and Work our collective Light on it. And turn it into an idea we can all be proud of.

On of the best tips I have to offer is utilizing the online channeled resources. I've found the arcturian healing frequencies and the like to be invaluable.
The channellings of Kryon, Akasha-Asun have been there like family in my darker, and lighter moments.
Just let your intuition guide you with this. If you are not feeling as on it as you'd like, just start do random searches and trust your intuition will give you exactly what you need. It's never failed me.
Remember this always. You don't need to have all the answers. You just need to be able to access someone that does.
