  You know mirror exercise is one of the easy one, I mean with results.

  The whole point is to concentrate on Ajna Chakra (third eye) without blinking, next you’ll start to see your ethereal body in colors, then some “bizarre” faces, then depending on your state try not to think to mush you’ll get to the point of seeing nothing. I mean you are not going to see yourself in the mirror. And if you can hold that “void” or Stillness as long as you can (depending your thinking process, which should be at minimum) the word “illusion” will have a new meaning.

  It feels like you are weightless, and it’s defines physics), it’s very difficult to explain – it’s more within, then anything else. It’s different for everyone. However you need a little patience and you’ll know what I mean. Rome was not build in one day:) so be persistent. You know it has been said that: a question is not asked until the answer is known.

   

  With candle is different. You have to remember a flame is a living energy. It’s literally alive, and when you get to know it, it will show you some, well:) some very strange stuff. Which believe me you will never forget ever.

  dear Nick,yes there are many scattered across the globe of mother earth who are,as one may refer to,"Warriors Of Light"  Spiritual Soldiers" or "Warrior Legions Of Light"the whole 3 as i have written,are one of the same,but one may refer to anyone one of them in reference to myself,i myself,TERM MYSELF AS, a "Warrior Of Light" after many lifetimes of service,in the 26,000 year cycle,one is looking forward to some recreation,and boy(just an oz expression from the land down under) will enjoy it,i was one of the first "wayShowers" and to date in this physical body turned 61 this year,but just a cloak we take on,being birthed as a baby,and shed it when we pass back over to the otherside of the Veil,mamy,many,rays of light to you,blessings eve(solaena)

  dear Alf, crystals are a very important aspect of our souls essence at this present time,and can be a cushion for many to help them with a helping hand(like a buffer) to absorb the energies in a more subtle way, as they arrive from the Galactic Centre,of course ones with higher vibrations ajust to the heat a lot quicker,while there ajustments take place,in there auric fields,love,light,blessings eve(solaena)

  I am staying out of this discourse/discussion, as I do not like the energies that are swirling about this....but I have to tell you Nick, that this youtube video is so funny.....I got a good laugh....Thanks for adding some comic relief into what is getting to be a go-around discussion with negative energies out in rally. 

   

  It is amazing how a simple question post can cause such energies to start swirling.  Why is it like that I wonder.  I remember a blog that was posted as a one question post, and the dam thing took on a life of its own and set new records....Maybe we should have a forum group for just poking and prodding at each other and throwing shitballs, haha....I for one will not ask any questions on the open forum anymore....afraid of the answers am I...lol. I did like Ashtar's (the member here) the idea of a group called the PILLOW ROOM.  Too bad people would not take their aggressions and negative barbs to the pillow room. There I have said my piece.  Love the hitler vidio it was really funny.....Thanks Nick.  My blessings go with you.
