Rice ( Tilda Basmati)

Roti ( Chapaties)

Dall ( Lentils)

Subghi ( mixed vegetables in curry or dry form )

One Sweet Dish ( sweet rice/ halwa / any other sweet dish )  ..no dairy but alternatives 

Mixed Salad 

Any Fruits ( like Bananas etc )

*** SHOULD NOT USE ONIONS / GARLIC ( alternative Ginger/ Turmeric with a touch of Black Pepper) MUSHROOMS/ CHILLIES/ DAIRY PRODUCTS ( alternative OAT MILK 

 

***ALL SHOULD BE COOKED FRESH AND SERVED WITHIN 3 HOURS THEN FRESH COOKED AND SERVED WITHIN 3 HOURS ..you will find ideal times lunch time 12pm to 3pm then dinner times 5pm to 8pm

If Sikh Temples serve food all day they need to cook fresh every 3hrs .. but they will know exactly how much to cook so next to nothing is left. 

According to Ayurveda ( science of good health and harmony with nature ) ..you now have a fresh balanced diet

  • Sikh temples need to cut out on onions, garlic and dairy products
    Hindu / Hare Krishna / Swaminarayian / Jalaram need to cut out on dairy products and some use chillies which they need to use mild only ..they don’t use onions and garlic which is very good
  • If you want healing, good energy and vibes you need to eat fresh food cooked with love and served with love
  • All food must be freshly cooked daily ..no yesterdays, no left overs ..no jutha ( no contaminated food
  • I am very glad to post this for if all follow this menu then all will be healthy and happy
  • Here this change to this set menu is required for all to follow as its wholesome and nutritious and tasty
