    Thank you Ben-Arion ! I have always dificultis to meditate (and i can not figuire out why)

    But i will try this many times and see what happenings.....

    Recently ive been getting a feeling in the centre of my chest that reminds me of when i used to get butterflies from being nervous or excited. Does anyone else get this feeling?
