  You can eat two times in week beans, lentils, peas. Nuts, various types such as: soya, chickpeas / made of chickpeas so delicious balls, nuts and dr.Zehtin instead of oil or iron instead of animal maslo.Za eat spinach once a week helping, strawberries kaysii.No must be careful not to eat genetically modified food! To start it is!

    I hope to find here positive people.I think that peolple in the world must comunicate more and to make world good place.Example in Bulgaria some vegetarian peolple who dont eat meat basicly 30 people an more w want to tell in some way on people who are eating meat and use skin on animals -we want tell to this people that they must not eat meat. We are in the begining-in Bulgaria have vegetarians and vegans but not so mutch like meateating people.
