Have you ever found yourself abruptly in a new place and you don't know quite what will happen, but you just say to yourself, "Well, Here I Am..."

What did it teach you about yourself?  About life?

    It taught me that I was wrong. That everything I knew was a lie. It taught me that pain is the only emotion that is understandable. Through the pain you still have to move on, still have to walk, still have to stand. It also taught me that life and death are the same, light and darkness, the same. That everything I knew was a lie. I am a better person because of my pain. And if a doctor tells you, you have only so long to live, tell him off because we are more than flesh and have the potential even at death to live forever. We are immortal beings made of vibrant souls capable of great things, but you have to do these things, you have to face those fears. And live.
