Hang in there buddy! I have, since yesterday, been feeling the same uneasiness. I have found some new abilities and at the same time, found myself just walking along very slowly, as if I KNOW something but can't put a finger or words on it. I have been informing people as best as I can, even passing out flyers about the situation but it feels as if we're in this alone...that is until something major occurs. Then we all will be bombarded with questions, Matter of fact, that's what the message from ashtar was yesterday. When the shaking begins, just KNOW that we're in this TOGETHER and for a Divine purpose! After all, this is what we signed up for, right? Show and Prove! Stand and Deliver!!

I hope you feel better soon Silas, sending healing thoughts and prayers your way....I am feeling a vibration of some sort myself like something big is in the offing....time will tell, but I think we should all get grounded as much as possible. There seems to be something in the air, hope it is something good. Anyhow, feel better soon. Would send you some of my healing soup but would not be too good by the time it arrived, lol....am sending you the recipe though....really helps me when I have a sore throat and tonsil stuff....

Chinese watercress soup recipe with sweet corn

This recipe uses the slow cooker to simmer the soup.

Ingredients
2 ears sweet corn
1 pound watercress
4 honey dates
1 piece dried tangerine peel
1 litre water
Pinch of salt

Directions
- Wash the sweet corn and cut into sections
- Wash the watercress
- Wash the honey dates
- Soak the dried tangerine peel
- Bring the water to a boil
- Place the sweet corn, watercress, honey dates, and dried tangerine peel into the water
- Bring back to a boil
- Lower the heat to a simmer for 2.5 hour
- Season with salt
- Serve
Some people add 8 oz of lean pork to this but I am a vegetarian so I skip the pork. This is so yummy....and works for my sore throats and colds and respiratory stuff...not sure why but it is soo good and soothing.

  this soup sounds delish...got to try it . thanks........................but I would never cook it for 2.5 hrs , maybe slight simmer for 30 minutes but would keep it as raw as possible as to not to destroy vitamins and minerals in the process of boiling.
