Readers have asked whether HAARP is still functioning and whether the deep underground military bunkers (DUMBs) are still around.
My information is that HAARP is not functioning and that the DUMBs have been destroyed.
On HAARP, Sanat Kumara said in May, 2013: “HAARP has been decommissioned, as you would think of it.” (1)

Haarp has been closed down since 2007 but it has not been dismantled yet so I don't know if there are any private corps operating the facility at the moment or if there will be a new operator there when they have stopped fighting over wether it's the military or the science that shall direct it.
And, from what I know about the DUMB's all over the western world is that most of them are being sold to the public nowadays since the purpose for their existence came to prove itself to be nothing but paranoia and that there is not likely to be a world war 3.
I know you can shop bigtime in Sweden now if you have a couple of millions laying around in a drawer somewhere. Lots of neat mountain rooms and "end of the world"-bunkers for sale there now. I'd never live in one since the moment you loose power your house would become an instant death trap, but others, who trust power, technology and the continuity of the Utility, would probably like it. ;)
