You are now using the higher aspects of yourself. You are connected at this moment to your starseed mission. Think about the telepathic transformation that awaits you in your ascension. Visualize yourself in the fifth dimension. Visualize that you are at the corridor of the Stargate. The Stargate is right in the entranceway into the fifth dimension. If you go into and through the doorway, then you enter into the fifth dimension."EXERCISE: TELEPORT YOURSELF THROUGH THE STARGATE"You will not be able to pass through the entrance today because you still have an Earth embodiment. Visualize that you are able to teleport yourself there through thought projection to the doorway. Based on the energy field, amplification and powers of the crystals, you can thought-project yourself to the entranceway.""Sometimes we refer to entranceways as the vestibule of the Stargate. I stand right in front of you as a group at the doorway, and I am allowed to open the doorway perhaps one-fifth of an inch -- a very small amount. As I open this doorway, the light and beautiful energy of the fifth dimension come out so powerfully, bathing each of you in a beautiful warm ray. Also, there is enough of the healing light and the holy light that you can bring it back with you into the etheric crystal. Say this affirmation: "I now activate my higher self to be always in consciousness on Earth.' In Hebrew, this higher self is called the Nesh-amah. Redirect your consciousness now back to the crystals that are placed in the Earth. As you redirect your consciousness, you are filled with the presence of this light. Know that you have helped your process by placing your consciousness here. You have helped to lay another foundation stone for your ascension.""Mother Earth can come into this balance because this is a combination of energy and light that is extraordinary. It comes from a higher source. You are the transmitters of this bright light, starseeds. I send the brilliant light from the source into the community of the galaxy.     You can also say OD ER IM IS AL which are the Primeval Vibrations that you may sing using ER like this OD-ER, IM-ER, IS -ER and AL -ER... This sound can be heard within you and these Vibrations are within your head spreading with the 12 Stars of Mother Mary because the Primeval Vibration of Mother Mary is IS-IS... EHIEH ASHER EHIEH ! Ask to Metatron to come in your life, ask Him and He will come at your invitation !
