God is not a pair of gum boots to be worn on a rainy season and taken off on a sunny season.When ancient Jews were told that the loard roars from Mount Zion and thunders from Jerusalem, they form a picture of some uncompromising mounster. This God was a short tempered jealous being who could kill you at any moment when you mess with his rules. A certain guy tried to help God by holding a falling ark of covenant. That was the last time he saw this world!!Jesus came and said no! God is a loving father. The pendulum now swung helplessly to the opposite end! So God is a sweet daddy up there in the sky! We can even punnish this dad by going away from home like we do to all dads. But of course we never stop scratching our heads wondering why bad things happen. So devil became absolutely necessary! But it is said that this dad will suddenly turn into an even far much more dreadfull, 3 headed mounster in the last days! It is said that he begun by creating some burning sulphur to cook those who donnot follow his rule!The new ager was fed up with those gods and he decided to enthrone an abstract concept. The new age god is the concept, source! They worship an abstract concept!!What is it a sourse of? When I close exermine, it is sweets! This god is a source of everything that is sweet. The new age god is a pair of gum boots. Once we get what we need from this sourse, we can throw it away.But they missed a point! We still need SOMEONE to thank for the things that are already there. We don't need just a SOURCE of more things.
