In my opinion, it is the first declaration of true independence and prosperity for All, a well thought out guideline for other countries as well. The implementation of change of the "system" as we know it, must be done simultaniously and globally, as well as legally, in order to prosecute and put an end to the cabal led banks, states, crown or churches, which have manipulated and controlled the 99% of the population via fiat money, printed paper, which has had no backing of any tangible value. Fort Knox is empty.
The effort for chance is so complex and multi-faceted as first seen by a multi trillion dollar lawsuit filed by Neil Keenan in November 2011 . But we can witness this change taking place right now, right under our eyes, even though it is not reported in the msm yet. It must take place simultaniously, in orderly fashion, and legally. The cabal has operated by means of "illegal (mass) arrests" of innocent people, suppressing free speech, denying access to free energy and information and intel, etc etc. The unconstitutional patriot act wasn't implemented to protect us from terrorism, but to strip us from last bit of freedom and habeus corpus.
Why I personally found this declaration so amazing was, because it clearly states everything so many insiders around the world have been collaborating for, for decades now.
