I'm telepathic, but benifitted from some direct guidance, age-9. It is akin to learning to drive properly and safely, one does need a driving instructor to help iron-out bad habits and automatically employ best practice for driving your vehicle; car, van, lorry, bus, bike, etc.....
Good instructors make good drivers/telepaths......no need for an automatic, when you drive a manual...no need for short-circuiting brain implants, either....
