Friends of Light

Friends We come to you today to talk about Light...about your light that shines in you. We come to speak about how you can spread out as much light as possible with who you are in this life time and with as much love as your heart can shine out. This is a very simple process...love until you can not love enough! This is a simple truth...and a way of spreading as much light out to those that need it. All you need to do is find your quiet place and sit still for a few moments. Close your eyes and think of yourself as a huge orb of light...shining out and beyond. You are protected. Bring this light into your crown chakra and on down to your third eye, universal connection that is at the base of your head and where your neck begins, to your throat chakra, heart, solar plexus, belly and lastly root. Bring this love and light into Mother Earth at this time...and ask Her to spread this light to all the hot spots, hurt spots, hate spots, war, crime, fatigue, sorrow and pain all over Her. Tell her to abosrb this wonderful energy as She needs it. And thank Her for taking this. She will also wash all these hurtful energies from you as well. Mother knows how to cleanse...but is more gentle with your help of love and light. She knows that gentleness is needed now...and nurturing as well. She knows that in order for the Light of Love to shine brightest on Earth, she needs to shine a loving MOTHER Energy to all on this planet. Thus the shift of Maternal Love and less Paternal energy of war and hate and ego and greed. There needs to be a shift!!If more of humanity did this simple exercise...while reading, at the desk, standing at the kitchen sink...at where ever you are...it takes just a few minutes of your time...then more of a loving shift takes place. Place your heart at your feet...knowing that We have your back...knowing that We will love you in return. You are protected and the more you do this very simple exercise, the more you give your hurts and pains to the Mother, the clearer you become, the more energy you have...be better you will feel.We stress the importance of giving your negative energies away. WE stress the way that you will be brought down by the weight of all the worries that you carry today. Give it away...Mother Earth~Gaia knows how to take it away...how to dispell of these energies...but in a gentle way...if you help Her with the 'light' exercise mentioned above. Sometimes you will do this exercise and not ever realize you are doing! Here is one that is similar...go outside...stand barefoot of the earth...stretching your toes in dirt or grass...and spread your arms...tell Mother to take the negative energies as you bring light into you and down in the Earth. Hug a tree! Do you think We are joking? They are loving wonderful Beings that communicate with Us daily...meaning too, they hear you, love you and spread their light into you whenever you need it. And they can take the negative energies away from you too. YOU are left feeling loved, cleansed and full of light...your heart is lighter...and you may feel butterflies in you tummy! And let's not forget the silly smile on your face! These are light and fun ways of clearing out the yuck that Humans have in them...and they help to make Earth a lighter place. This is important at this time...Earth needs to be lighter...We are all shifting...but to what degree is up to you! You can shift lighter and free'er or you can shift to a darker place of confusion. Tell Us where you are going? Do you want US to help YOU?       It always should be simple...humans make enough things difficult...that needs to change, lol. And bless the Beings that assist in making things simple...just as we like it!!!

      You are welcome. I am in some interesting debates with another post, News from Ashtar...argh, some people would rather debate than enjoy a simple message...makes my heart sad!

    I am laughing as I writing this. I am babysitting my brother's dog...he got one of my beagle's pups. He shows his love sooo much. He just jumped up and gave me the biggest kisses ever...and just because...Wish more of us humans were like that, lol. Then We would be living in heaven on earth...but that is where we are if We create that heaven in our hearts on a daily basis.

    I am one of those happy go lucky people...I hardly ever get mad...and usually at stupid things and that blows over in just minutes. I don't put that energy out there...I like it simple, happy and loving...I wish my mate were that way more. He walks the red path...cherokee...and gets too caught up with the modern and not the traditional. And that stresses him out sooo much. He is older than me as well...and tends to father me sometimes...as I am very childlike,lol. But again, I don't let much aggravate me...slush it off like water...and I move on...like a lil lightworker should, lol. And Hon, bless you too!!!
